Don't miss this hands-on art workshop for children (ages 4–9) on Sunday, May 18 at 2:00pm led by Pia Leighton, founder, and teacher of Whisker & Brush - a joyful mindfulness and art school in Amagansett. This one-hour session invites young artists to explore with objects from the garden, using nature’s treasures as inspiration for their artwork. Children will select from a variety of gathered materials - twigs, leaves, dirt, petals, stones, and more - and use their imagination to create unique compositions. Through observation and exploration, they will mix, glue, and arrange their findings, collaborating with the beauty of nature already present at LongHouse Reserve. Class size limited to 12 students.
Drop-off is encouraged! Parents can enjoy a peaceful garden stroll while the workshop is in session.
